Booking Policy

All services require pre booking including payment for available time/date. Should you be unable to make your appointment we kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule free of charge. When you complete a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we use stripe - https://stripe.com/en-gb/privacy personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only and will never be shared.

Privacy & Data Policy
When you create a booking we only receive what is on the booking form, a separate approval for our newsletter requires opt in.  We may use basic software analytics information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction... We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), payments are all managed by stripe not wellbeing warrior, reviews & recommendations.
